Please Help. Lost Pattern. 2006 issue.

Please Help. I checked the Patterns for sale and the Free Ones and now I am really stuck.

I am trying to wrap up some unfinished projects and this berret (my avatar photo) is 90% done. During my move I must have lost the issue it was in, 2006 or earlier, I think. I have been tearing the house apart. Any help would be appreciated. Issue Date? Author. Place to purchase back issue Or pattern? I'd hate to wing the finishing.

I might be able to help as I have a few back issues of interweave. Do you remember if this hat or rather beret was in a fall or winter or holiday issue of interweave?
