I have 100gms for black & tuquoise alpaca which I have spun to around DK thickness and I want to make a triangular scarf - lacy one and maybe attached some beads around the edge.  I have hunted high and lo over the internet but most of the patterns I see they look rather big and need more yarn than I have and they look rather complicated - I have not done much fancy lace knitting before so I am looking for something relatively simple to make but effective

Doesnt anyone have or know where to find such a pattern

Cheers

Check out Sally Melville's "Knit Stitch" book.  There is a pattern there for what she calls a "Shape-It Scarf" that is triangular in shape.
