Hi Andrea, Oh boy, I thougth I lost this post, I had kept it open in a tab, but it got closed, and I almost couldn't find the thread! Man. Ok, so I'm a bit behind schedule, but! Ripped everything out that I had, and started over. I did one bottom and one surround, and it worked out well. Yes, there seems to be some issue with the seed stitch

Hi Andrea, Boy, that's fast! Good job. I love knitting socks, too. I am knitting a few hats that I had special orders for, so busy too! I did take out the slipper bottoms, and started all over. Have the first bottom done and started to pick up the surround. The yarn I'm using is Lion Brand Cashmere that I had around. Exactly what you said is

As it turned out, I had to have an emergency appendectomy before Christmas, if you can believe it! So, I left these slippers be. I am now back to almost full strength and have some rest time to knit before I go back to work full time. My heavens

Hello, I'm having some trouble with this pattern and wondered if someone who has made them could help out. I have knit the slipper surround twice trying to figure it out.....When I do the short rows, I run out of stitches in between the markers by row 4, I believe it is. Also, if you start the short row section, and k 35, beginning from the center
